Nice! I like this better than your day shot of the same place. The composition seems better – maybe because the structure in the background isn’t as obtrusive. I guess for me, the focus is the “S” shaped line of fountains.
Anyway, you might want to try it with different settings though, just for a different effect. If you have a tripod, try putting your camera on Tv mode and setting it to a 2 or 3 second exposure.
Also, consider using the Lightbox plugin for your pictures. Most of the pictures took ages to load. Of course, it could be that my connection right now is bad, but I’ll find out when I visit again.

Well, I know I’m not that good at explaining things – I tend to get very technical. That’s why I think you should visit the Digital Photography School and see the tutorial on the Exposure Triangle. He seems to have a way of explaining things pretty well…
