I guess you are wandering why the title.  Well, the former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson was appointed by the Philippines President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as the new Deputy National Security Advicer.  What a joke right?

I bet that you agree with me.  How can you appoint a person that doesn’t have a wide experience in securing the country?  Well they said that he was the Chief of Police of Vigan.  Is that enough experience to be appointed?

Well let’s just wait what he can do for the country.  Let’s give him benefit of the doubt, maybe he’s the answer to our big problem with terrorism, who knows.

But I still find it a BIG JOKE!!!
