Just flew out of DMIA – Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (better known as Clark Airport) in Angeles City to Bangkok, Thailand.  While walking at the Tarmac to board the plane bound to Bangkok, I have noticed that an expansion of the passenger terminal is being constructed.

According to the website of DMIA, the passenger terminal of the DMIA is currently undergoing an expansion and improvement of its facilities to increase its passenger capacity as well as expand its area and operations. It also includes the construction of a second floor for the terminal and the installation of two passenger boarding bridges, escalators, elevators, background music and improvement of the facilities to ensure added convenience for travelers to the airport.

I also heard from the grapevine that Emirates Airlines will fly regularly to Clark Airport.
