Entry to the SEAIR & Microtel Boracay Bloggers’ Tour Contest!

Submitted by on August 12, 2010 – 10:38 am2 Comments

The first time I was in Boracay was three months ago with a friend of mine.  I wanted to impress my friend for taking him to Philippines and the first thing on my mind was Boracay – which is one of the world’s best beach destinations.  It is not just to show the amazing beaches we have in Philippines but to show how beautiful the entire Philippines is, and not just the place but especially the hospitality of the Filipinos.

We stayed in two different hotels, the first one was at The Tides Hotel located in Station 2 and only stayed there for two nights for some reason and the second one was at The Ambassador’s Paradise Hotel in Station 1.  These two hotels are a bit pricey compare to other hotels in Boracay, if you have extra money that you want to waste then why not!  But, if you really want to go to Boracay with a tight budget, then stay at the Microtel Inns & Suites.  I couldn’t vouch it personally but with all the reviews that I have read about this hotel and the affordable rate will do.   Book now, rates starts at US47/-.  Book here!

Few days being in Boracay and while enjoying it, I received a phone call which brought sad news.  My Aunt died, so I decided to book an early flight so I can go home and see my Aunt for the last time.  Unfortunately, the airline where we booked our flights doesn’t have available flight from Caticlan to Manila.  So, I cancelled my return ticket and searched for a travel agency.  I found one, and guess what airline had available seats?  SEAIR!  Yup, it’s SEAIR who is conducting this contest along with Microtel.  To know more about this contest, visit their Facebook Page by clicking this link.

With six days and five nights of experiencing Boracay was not enough, so I am hoping to go back to Boracay again next month if I win this contest along with other travel bloggers too!  So, will you vote for me?  If yes, click this facebook link and just click  “Like”!
