“For OFWs going to Afghanistan, Brion said “ang ating mga OFWs na employee ng coalition forces at ng mga recognized international organizations like United Nations, mga ahensya nito, Red Cross, iyon pong mga katulad na organisasyon ay papayagan po natin ang ating mga manggagawa na ma-deploy diyan.”
