April 27, 2010 – A month prior to our arrival in Bangkok, I searched the internet for a reasonable priced hotel to stay over in Bangkok for two nights in the Sukhumvit area and found this new and modern boutique hotel.  I have read positive reviews about Silq Hotel which encouraged me to book immediately; I wasn’t only impressed with the reviews but also with their reasonable room rates.  They also have free Wifi connections; the bed was huge and very comfy.  I suggest you book the Deluxe room, it has the same amenities of the Superior room but more space.  Their staffs are very friendly and easy to talk to.

The location is also great as it is very close to BTS Skytrain which is by far the fastest way to travel all over Bangkok.  It is near the Emporium Shopping Centre, Robinsons Department Store and the Bangkok International Dental Clinic.

Silq Hotel was rated number 5 out of 574 hotels in Bangkok by Tripadvisor.
