y3.gifI don’t know what the problem with my yahoo mail account is, I just can’t log in since morning.  It’s so freaking frustrating!  

After whole day of frustration of can’t check my email and can’t log in to my messenger, I called their hotline.  Their hotline number is 1-800-318-0631 and what funny was that the call went in to a Yahoo customer service in Manila, Philippines.

How I found out?  The call center agent though he speaks fluent English and with slang in between lines, I did recognize that he is a Filipino.  I asked him if he’s a Filipino and he said yes and he said that I’m talking with a Yahoo customer service agent in Manila.  There you go! 

Anyway, I dialed a wrong number though.  He said that I called Yahoo Music customer service.  Thank goodness that the call was free.  Grrrrr….. 

He was kind enough to provide the Yahoo Mail Plus customer service number, if ever you’ll face problems with Yahoo Mail Plus 1-866-849-8258.   

But I’m warning you, it’s not easy to get an available agent.   Until now, I haven’t talk to one yet. :(
